Ukrainian citizens affected by the ongoing military conflict in the country, which are interested in continuing their university studies at the University of Craiova, can apply for a place of study without paying tuition fees, but with a scholarship, within the budget allocated by the Ministry of Education.
Candidates shall apply for a scholarship through the EvStud online platform where they must fill in all the fields with the requested information and upload all of the application documents mentioned below.
Admission Calendar - September Session 2022
Bachelor’s Degree
I. CALENDAR (applying for a Letter of Acceptance for Studies)
Application submission:
September session: September 5-12, 2022
Preliminary results shall be published on:
September session: September 15, 2022
Study Place Confirmation - All candidates included on the list of preliminary results must upload Annex 7 – Confirmation Form (for candidates originating in non-EU countries) on the platform, as follows:
September session: September 16-19, 2022
Final results shall be published on:
September session: September 20, 2022
Master’s Degree
I. CALENDAR (applying for a Letter of Acceptance for Studies)
Application submission:
September session: September 14-19, 2022
Preliminary results shall be published on:
September session: September 21, 2022
Study Place Confirmation - All candidates included on the list of preliminary results must upload Annex 7 – Confirmation Form (for candidates originating in non-EU countries) on the platform, as follows:

Final results shall be published on:

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS :
- application for the issuance of letter of acceptance to studies, duly filled in and signed Annex 2_Ukraine;
- passport copy;
- birth certificate;
- copy of the diploma of completion of pre-university studies and transcripts for the years of study for higher education;
- copy of the bachelor’s degree and the diploma supplement (transcript of records) or certificate showing the academic record for all years of study, as well as the marks obtained in the bachelor’s exam (for graduates of the current year) for candidates applying for further studies at master’s level.
The nominal list and the applicants' files shall be sent to M.E.-D.G.R.IA.E., for the last evaluation of the file and in order to be issued the Letter of Acceptance to studies stating the scholarship status of the candidate.
