Geothermal Energy Overview - Renewable Energy Programme Short course fall2014

Iceland School of Energy is pleased to announce a new training programme that has been customised to fit the beneficiary states 
benefitting from the EEA Financial Mechanisms 2009-2014 Renewable Energy Programme Area.

Iceland School of Energy harnesses the expertise and knowledge gained from understanding and carefully exploiting the use of 
geothermal energy and hydropower which powers our Icelandic community.

Iceland School of Energy is part of and accredited by the School of Science and Engineering at Reykjavik University in Iceland.

ü  Geothermal Subsurface Exploration

ü  Geothermal Surface Exploration

ü  Financial Risk Analysis: The Case of Geothermal

ü  Geothermal Energy Policy: The Case of Iceland

 It is now open for registration.

 

Time: Scheduled from 8. – 10. October 2014.

Language: English.

Place: Reykjavik University, Menntavegi 1, 101 Reykjavík, Iceland.

Course duration: 2,5 working days. Excursion trips are upon request.

Price: 985 euros per person. The fee covers teaching materials, lunch and refreshment each day.
