Documents required for online registration for the admission competition
For the attention of high school graduates, class of 2026
High school graduates of the class of 2026 who have not received their graduation documents (diploma or certificate) may register online for admission to the University of Craiova without uploading these documents to the platform, provided that they upload the diploma/certificate electronically by 15 July of the current year.
The original graduation documents shall be submitted in order to confirm the place at the faculty to which the candidate has been admitted by 29 July of the current year, according to the admission calendar for the Bachelor's degree cycle, July session, of the current year.
Documents required for registration at Bachelor's degree level:
- standard registration form - to be completed online;
- Scanned documents:
- Baccalaureate diploma and transcript of records (for diplomas accompanied by a transcript of records) or an equivalent diploma; high school graduates of the class of 2026 may submit, instead of the baccalaureate diploma, a standard certificate stating that they have graduated from high school and passed the baccalaureate examination, indicating the overall baccalaureate average, the averages obtained during the years of high school, the validity period, and the fact that the diploma has not been issued;
- birth certificate;
- identity card;
- standard medical certificate;
- proof of payment of admission (application) fees:
- through the EvStud web portal (evstud.ucv.ro), by bank card
- cash at the University Cashier's Office (19 Libertăţii St., Agronomy Complex, Dormitory 4) - Cash payment at the University Cashier's Office of the registration fee for the admission competition may ONLY be made AFTER the electronic registration file has been created.
- certificate proving that the applicant comes from the social protection system or from a Roma association, for candidates applying for special places.
- accommodation application
- other documents established by the faculties' own methodologies.
- Each scanned and uploaded document shall bear the candidate's signature and the note “true copy of the original”.
Documents required for registration at Master's degree level:
- standard registration form - to be completed online;
- Scanned documents:
- Baccalaureate diploma and transcript of records (for diplomas accompanied by a transcript of records) or an equivalent diploma;
- Bachelor's degree/graduation diploma and the diploma supplement/transcript of records for Bachelor's degree studies or an equivalent diploma; graduates of the current class may register with a graduation certificate;
- birth certificate;
- identity card;
- language proficiency certificate/attestation;
- standard medical certificate;
- proof of payment of the admission fees (registration):
- through the EvStud web portal (evstud.ucv.ro), by bank card
- cash at the University Cashier's Office (19 Libertăţii St., Agronomy Complex, Dormitory 4) - Cash payment at the University Cashier's Office of the registration fee for the admission competition may ONLY be made AFTER the electronic registration file has been created.
- accommodation application
- other documents established by the faculties' own methodologies.

Documents required for registration for doctoral university studies:
- Standard registration form - to be completed online;
- Scanned documents:
- birth certificate;
- identity card;
- marriage certificate or other document proving a change of name (if applicable);
- baccalaureate diploma or its equivalent;
- Bachelor's degree diploma or its equivalent;
- transcript of records/supplement to the Bachelor's degree diploma;
- Master's degree diploma or its equivalent (if applicable) (a certificate attesting completion of studies, the final examination grade and the average of the years of study for graduates of Master's degree studies, class of 2026);
- transcript of records/supplement to the Master's degree diploma;
- curriculum vitae;
- list of published or presented scientific papers;
- certificate attesting knowledge of an internationally used foreign language, B2 level (English, French, German, Italian) or its equivalent;
- proof of payment of the admission fees (registration):
- through the EvStud web portal (evstud.ucv.ro), by bank card
- cash at the University Cashier's Office (19 Libertăţii St., Agronomy Complex, Dormitory 4)
- accommodation application
- medical certificate
- other documents established by the doctoral schools' own regulations and by the Regulations on the organization and development of the admission competition for Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral university studies.
- Each scanned and uploaded document shall bear the candidate's signature and the note “true copy of the original”.
Note:
The following categories of candidates are exempt from paying admission application fees:
- children of active or retired teaching and auxiliary teaching staff;
- children of all employees of the University of Craiova;
- candidates who are orphans of both parents, those coming from placement centres or from foster care.
Other cases of exemption from payment of registration fees shall be analysed on a case-by-case basis by the faculties' admission committees.
