Documents required for online registration in the admission contest

To: High school graduates, class of 2022

High school graduates, class 2022 who have not received the graduation documents (diploma or certificate) can enrol online in the admission session at the University of Craiova, without uploading these documents on the platform, on condition that to upload the diploma/certificate electronically until July 2022.

The graduation documents will be brought as an original to confirm the place at the faculty where the candidate was admitted until July 29, according to the calendar for admission to the Bachelor programme(s), session July 2022.

Documents required for enrolment in the Bachelor Programme(s):

• registration form - to be completed online;
• Scanned documents:
  • Baccalaureate diploma and transcript of records (for diplomas accompanied by transcripts of records) or equivalent diploma; high school graduates from the class of 2022 may submit, instead of the baccalaureate diploma, a standard certificate showing that they graduated from high school and passed the baccalaureate exam, mentioning the general average grade of the baccalaureate exam and the average grades obtained during the high school years, the validity period and the fact that the diploma was not issued;
  •  birth certificate;
  • identity card;
  • standard medical certificate;
  •  proof of payment of admission fees (registration):

    • via the online enrolment application, with the bank card.
  • certificate attesting that the student comes from the social protection system or from an association of Roma minorities for the candidates who opt for special places.
  • request for accommodation in the student hostel
  • other documents established in compliance with the internal methodology of each faculty.
• Each scanned and uploaded document will have the candidate's signature and the note "copy in accordance with the original".

• registration form - to be completed online;
• Scanned documents:
  • Baccalaureate diploma and transcript of records (for diplomas accompanied by transcripts of records) or equivalent diploma;
  • Bachelor's degree/graduation and the supplement to the Bachelor's degree/ Bachelor's programme transcript of records or equivalent diploma; graduates of the current class can register with graduation certificate;
  •  birth certificate;
  •  identity card;
  • language proficiency certificate;
  •  standard medical certificate;
  • proof of payment of admission fees (registration):

Documents required for enrolment to Doctoral Studies:

• Registration form - to be completed online;
• Scanned documents:
  • birth certificate;
  • identity card;
  • marriage certificate or other name change act (if applicable);
  • Baccalaureate Diploma or an equivalent diploma;
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma;
  • transcript of records/Bachelor's degree supplement;
  • master's degree or an equivalent diploma (if applicable) (certificate attesting the completion of studies, the final exam grade and the average grade of the years of study for the graduates of Master's Programmes, class 2021);
  • transcript of records/Master's degree supplement;
  • curriculum vitae;
  • list of scientific papers published or publicly defended;
  • language proficiency certificate - for a foreign language of international circulation, level B2 (English, French, German, Italian) or an equivalent diploma;
  • proof of payment of admission fees (registration):

  • other documents established in compliance with the internal regulation of doctoral schools and the Regulation on the organization and conduct of the competition for admission to bachelor, master and doctoral studies.

Note:

The following categories of candidates are exempt from admission fees:

• children of active or retired teaching staff and auxiliary teaching staff;
• children of all employees of the University of Craiova;
• candidates orphaned by both parents, those from foster care or family placement.

Other situations of exemption from the payment of registration fees will be analysed, on a case-by-case basis, by the admission committees of the faculties.
