Accommodation in student dormitories for the academic year 2026/2027

The accommodation in the dormitory for the academic year 2026/2027 is made on the basis of an accommodation application completed online in the Evidența Studenților portal (evstud.ucv.ro), in the Accommodation Requests section. The deadline for submitting accommodation applications is August 1.

A student who has not submitted an online accommodation application, or has submitted it incompletely or does not present himself/herself in person to be accommodated within the established time frame, will be able to be received in the dormitory only in the event that there are still places available, and there is no obligation on the part of the institution to accommodate him, even if s/he meets all the other required criteria.

Students who have permanent residence outside the university center are accommodated in the student dormitories. The available places in the dormitories are assigned to faculties, depending on the number of applications submitted by non-resident students (including non-resident candidates declared admitted in the admission sessions).

The lists of accommodated students will be published on

The results can be appealed within two business days from the publication, at the dean's office of each faculty.
